We may collect contact details, training preferences, messages you send us, transaction information and limited technical data such as cookies or analytics information. We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage memberships and bookings, provide training services, process payments and invoices, maintain appropriate safety and service records, improve the website and communicate operational updates or offers where permitted. We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the business, payment or accounting providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where required by law.
Member services. If you train with us, your membership and attendance are kept in our member system. When you create a member login on this website with the same email address, the website shows your remaining sessions, stamp card and any balance, updated about once an hour. You can give us your phone number and email through our member details form; our team checks it before it is added to your record. At our check-in tablet you confirm who you are with your name and the last four digits of your phone number. Messages sent through the website contact form are passed to our team in the member system so we can reply.
Your Rights, Children & Contact
Where applicable under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. For children and young people, we may require consent from a parent or legal guardian for memberships, training, photography or video. The website may use essential cookies and analytics tools. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or for legal and business record-keeping.
